SPYPHONE only works on Series 60 Nokia phones, Blackberry and Windows Mobile phones and some Samsung and LG phones. Select a product and then see what phones are available for it. If your phone is not listed then we cant support it yet, BUT we add phones all the time so please join our mailing list in the top right hand corner and you will receive notifications as more phones become available

Tell me quickly, how does it work?

SPYPHONE is software you download into the phone. The software then collects all available data and sends it to you web account where you can view it from any computer. It sends the data using the phones Internet connection. The software also looks out for incoming calls with predefined numbers and then silently switches on the phone so you can hear the surroundings or even the phone call ( GOLD)

What’s the difference between GOLD INTERNET, GOLD SMS, and SILVER?

SILVER records SMS and Phone call records. SILVER for Symbian also have Spycall future. Blackberry does not have these features yet, but will do in future releases. GOLD does everything the sılver does, but also allow you to remotely listen phone conversaiton and get locatinon, GPS reports. GOLD will allow you to listen to the phone call in progress

Can I upgrade from SILVER to GOLD

Yes you can. But your subscription expiry date will remain unchanged. SO if you have 6 months left, and you upgrade, you will still only have 6 months. To get an upgrade, contact info@Spyera.com, stating your email and Activation Code

What is remote monitoring?

Remote Listening is for SPYPHONE GOLD and SILVER Symbian edition only. You set a special spy call number in SPYPHONE. When a call comes into SPYPHONE from this number, the microphone will secretly switch on and you will be able to hear whatever the phone hears. If the phone is in use, or the user presses a key, the spy call will be disconnected

Can I listen to phone conversations?

Yes, SPYPHONE GOLD INTERNET and SPYPHONE GOLD SMS have call intercaption future for listening phone conversations.

What languages does SPYPHONE Support?

SPYPHONE will support all languages, so if the SMS or Address Book will always be displayed correctly on the web site

Can I install SPYPHONE remotely?

No. You need to have the phone physically in your hand for about 15 min. Installation is simple. You simply open up a web page on the mobile and enter your code. The download and install beings automatically

Why is SPYPHONE GOLD INTERNET and SILVER limited for 12 months, and GOLD SMS are not?

We have to maintain a web account for you for GOLD and SILVER, and we allow you to move the software as many times as you like and provide you continual upgrades and new features.

How do I move the software from one phone to another?

You must deactivate the software from one phone and uninstall it. Then reinstall and activate on the new phone.

What happens after the 12 months is over

You may choose to renew the subscription, but here is no obligation to do so.

I purchased my software but I did not receive my software?

The usual cause of this is that your confirmation email has been wrongly identified as Junk Mail. Please check your junk mail folder and you should find the email there. Also, if you have an AOL email address all email from Spyera will be blocked. Please sign up for a GMail, Hotmail or Yahoo mail account and then send support@Spyera.com an email asking them to redeliver your software to the new address

I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay by Bank Transfer?

You may pay by bank transfer, but you must be sure you have the correct phone and that your Network Provider supports full Internet access via GPRS for your subscription. We cannot refund money paid this way. If you are sure that you have a supported phone and that you have internet access on your phone. Please contact support to arrange this When GOLD is released, this will be possible

How do I know if I have a Symbian 8 or Symbian 9 phone?

Look at http://www.www.spyera.com/symbian8.htm and http:// www.www.spyera.com/symbian9.htm. These links show which phones are of which type

Is the service available only on GSM phones?

All that is important is that you have a supported phone and your network allows Internet connections. For a full list go to http://www.spyera.com/checkphones.jsp?p=0

Is the cell phone battery rapidly discharged when remote microphone is used?

A remote microphone call is exactly like a normal call except that it makes no sound. So it will use the same battery power as a normal call.

I don’t understand what software is available for Blackberry and Windows Mobile

We have SILVER and GOLD for several Blackberry phones. Windows mobile is coming very soon, but will not initially have location and email logging. These will be free upgrades to Windows Mobile as we successfully pass testing

How do I download the software?

All Spyera products are downloaded DIRECTLY into your mobile phone. After purchase, you will receive a location where you can use to download into the phone.

Do I know if I have Internet Connectivity?

SPYPHONE needs a working Internet connection on your mobile. If you can connect to a web site from your mobile phone, they you already have GPRS or Internet connectivity, and your phone is already configured, and you don’t need to make any other changes. There is also a “Test Connection” feature in the settings that you use to confirm that everything will work. SPYPHONE is installed as a direct download directly into your phone. No computer or cables are required. GPRS is a way for your mobile to connect to the Internet. Virtually all phones now come with GPRS enabled

I have WAP, is that not Internet?

WAP is a way of connecting to WAP web site on the Internet. However, WAP cannot be used to speak to servers on the Internet. To speak to an Internet server application, such as POP3 email, you need an Internet access point. WAP cannot be used to connect to email. Internet Access Point is just another simple setting that will probably already be on your mobile. If not, call your network operator

How do I configure my phone for Internet access?

You contact your operator and they will send you a special SMS. There are 3 types of access points MMS, WAP and INTERNET. SPYPHONE requires the INTERNET access point. Many times your network operator will not send you the Internet access point unless you ask for it. You can manually set up access points by looking at http://www.www.spyera.com/globalapn.htm

Is it operator independent.?

SPYPHONE requires a connection to the internet. Some operators operate a “walled garden”, which means that they do not allow you to make connection to anywhere except their approved sites. If you have such an operator, then not only can you not use SPYPHONE, you cannot connect to the ever increasing number of amazing services that are available. If in doubt, please ask your operator if they allow access to the true internet, and not to their set of approved services and products.

Which countries does SPYPHONE work in?

SPYPHONE is not limited to any country, and is totally global.

What are the costs to connect to the SPYPHONE server?

SPYPHONE transmits data using a GPRS connection to the server. The amount of data depends on the number of phone events it is reporting. The data cost are as determined by your network operator. As an example, if SPYPHONE reports ten full length SMS, this would be around 2K of data, which would cost about a UK penny, even at the extortionate prices being charged by operators at the moment. If you have a GPRS bundle, then there are no extra costs to you.

Also, on the phone bill, there is only a change for amount of GPRS data or Time, there is no way to tell where the connection was made, so SPYPHONE cannot be detected this way. Unlike our competitors, who use SMS forwarding, the outgoing SMS is visible on the phone bill.

Can I install it on a phone using one SIM, but then give the phone to my child who uses another SIM.?

Yes. However, you must make sure that the GPRS connection is operational for which ever SIM which is being used. SPYPHONE provides a “Test Connection” feature in the settings menu

Can I install on several phones at simultaneously?

Yes. If you have a multi user licence, you can install SPYPHONE on multiple devices, and have all the call activity recorded into your account. Please contact info@spyera.com for details.

Tell me more about downloading the software?

After purchase you receive your software via email, but it is also delivered to your private URL on the internet. This means that you can install the software at anytime by simply entering the URL into the phone to be monitored, as long as the phone has a working GPRS connection.

How do I read the SMS and call logs?

Login to your account on www.spyera.com to see this information. From your account, you can read the individual events, or you can download a spreadsheet with all event. We offer download in RTF, PDF or CSV format

What else can I do in my web account?

You can carry out extremely powerful searches on your data, by time period, looking at specific events types for specific keywords. For example you could ask how many time the word ‘love’ was used in all outgoing sms during a 6 day period two months ago.

How safe is my data on SPYPHONE servers?

We understand that your data is private and sensitive. Please note that you can permanently delete your data at anytime by logging into your account. After deletion, there is no further record or archiving of your information, so please use this feature carefully. We will never divulge your data or email address to any third party, unless legally forced to do so. We may contact you regarding system maintenance, support and upgrades to your software.

Why is SPYPHONE a yearly subscription, but GOLD SMS are not

SPYPHONE GOLD and SILVER have web account where you can store and search your information. This gives you the convenience of 24/7 access to your data at virtually no cost. Spyera have to maintain these servers and provide top quality phone and email support, which come with a cost. We therefore ask our customers to renew their licence’s after 12 months, so we can continue to deliver a quality service. And don’t forget that you can move your software using your Activation Code to other compatible phones unlimited number of times during your subscription period

How can SPYPHONE PRO help me recover my stolen phone?

SPYPHONE contains SIMALERT technology. When the SIM card is changed in a phone that has SPYPHONE PRO installed, it will send an SMS to the pre-defined number containing the phone number, cell ID, SIM number and network Name. You can then use the Spyphone feature to activate the mobile to listen to the thief environment, and also to use their phone number to track them down.

What is a Activation Code?

Activation Code is a system that lets you move your software to another device when ever you want. So you can charge phones during your licence period and still use the software. How does Location Tracking work ?

How does Remote Listening work ?

The phone with SPYPHONE on it is the target phone. The phone you make spy calls from is the monitor phone. When you call the target phone from the monitor phone, the target phone will answer the call, letting you listen to the phones surroundings. If the phone is busy or a key is pressed, the spy call will be disconnected, and the target will be none the wiser.

What does remote control by SMS allow me to do?

Immediately after the installation ( takes 5 min’s) all the spyphone features can be controlled by sending undetectable SMS commands. You can start, stop, change all the spyphone settings without ever touching the phone! For example you can even change the monitor number remotely, or force immediate sending of all events. There is no need to touch the phone again, for any non installation related feature. The only time you may need to access the phone is if the SIM is changed to a different network provider, and we are already working on fixing that for you also.

What advice do you have for Pre Paid Users?

Many Pre Paid users tend to buy very small amounts of airtime credits, and frequently have their phone service disconnected due to lack of credit. In these cases, you can change the SPYPHONE defaults to make Internet connection only once a day to minimize any costs. SPYPHONE will store all activity and send once a day. There is also a special command that will make SPYPHONE deliver all data immediately. This gives you total control of how and when SPYPHONE will deliver events. In most cases, the default settings are fine and do not require changing. For Post paid users, we have found no reason to change the default settings

Explain your 10 Day Money Back Policy

We want you to feel secure about doing business with Spyera, as without our customers we are nothing. Therefore, if for any reason, up to 5 days after product activation, you decide that you do not want the product, simply deactivate it and tell us why we did not manage to keep your business. We will refund your money in full. During this time, please contact us by Skype, Phone or Email, and we will do everything we can to help, but if you are not delighted with our product, you will be with our customer service.

Do you have a “remote control” for controlling the SPYPHONE

We have free application that runs on any java enabled phone, and it will allows you to stop, start, change settings, restart without having to to remember the SMS commands. YOu can download it directly into any phone. Check your manual for the latest version

Is SPYPHONE installed on the Phone or on the SIM card
