How do I request a refund?

If you are unsatisfied with the software for any reason, you may request a full refund within the first ten days of purchase. We do ask that you please allow us to help resolve any problems you may be experiencing during this time, before requesting a refund. If we cannot resolve your issues within a reasonable amount of time, you will still be eligible for the refund.

Instructions
1. Use our Contact Us page to forward the entire Order Email transaction receipt that you received at the time of purchase. This email contains all of the details we need in order to locate the proper account to refund. This is not the same email you received from our web site, but from Plimus when you made the purchase.

2. Refunds are processed every Monday and you will receive an email confirmation after completion.

3. If you plan to purchase please ensure you have GPRS Internet access on the Target phone and that it is a model listed on our pages of supported devices.
